The Monkey Fist is a cursed item containing The Genie. It's wielder gains 5 wishes, as per the Wish spell, but with one condition. The Genie is malevolent in nature and twists the wishes to cause pain. The Monkey's Fist was used by Exicalflowne to decode The Tome of Fistandus.
The Bejewed Ring is a variant of The Mokey's Fist, but with only 3 wishes instead of 5.
